Steve Jarnigan - Texas

Steve
Jarnigan specializes in land brokerage in the North,
West and Southwest portions of Houston and Harris County.
For over 30 years his many clients have benefited from
his extensive experience, professionalism and hard work
ethic. The skills he brings to bear on his client’s
behalf include: marketing of raw and improved land; identification
and evaluation of land intended for investment syndication;
coordination of acquisition due diligence; land use analysis
and planning; and working with engineers to solve the
myriad of issues associated with land development.

Steve
has completed numerous and diverse consulting, sale
and purchase land transactions which have required
he work closely with executives of Fortune 100 companies,
REITs, developers and private owners. Representative
transactions include: the parceling out of large
land tracts for “big box” retailers,
pad retail users and multi-family developers. Over
the last six years he has completed 68 transactions
on 968 acres with a total value in excess of $85
million.

Steve
earned a BBA from Texas Tech University and is affiliated
with the Urban Land Institute and the Neartown Business
Alliance. Previous business experience includes:

Producing Broker for McAlister Company Inc, - a
land investment syndicator with a $100 million
portfolio of land
- President
of Metropolitan Development & Real Estate – a
company focused on the development and rehabilitation
of multi-family, retail and office buildings in
the inner-loop area
- Project
Construction Manager for The St. James Corporation – a
25-story, $30 million high-rise condominium project
(a joint venture project with New England Life
Insurance)
- Executive
VP for Space City Development – administered
the commercial brokerage division, developed retail,
office and multi-family projects
- Sales
Manager for Elder & Associates managing 10
residential sales people and support staff.

Tom Bell - Texas Real Estate Salesman,
Licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission
Tom S. Bell specializes in the brokerage of land and investment real estate.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to bear on each client’s needs, drawing
from extensive experience in project leasing, and project financing. His training
in finance, economics and strategic planning helps him understand a client’s
industry, current business cycle and how these interact in developing sound business
and investment decisions. Known for his ability to see and seize opportunities
disguised as problems or under-utilized assets, his clients have benefited from
solutions that are often innovative and yet practical.
Tom
has completed numerous and diverse consulting, sales
and lease transactions which have required him to
work closely with executives of Fortune 500 corporations
as well as smaller private companies. Representative
transactions include: Sale values totaled over $40
million for land and approximately $21 million for
the improved properties.
A
native Houstonian, Tom earned an MBA from the University
of Texas and holds cum laude degrees in Economics
and Finance from Southern Methodist University. Previous
business experience includes over five years of retail
leasing with Gerald D. Hines interest and Carlisle
Property Company. Additionally, he has several years
experience in project financing with J.C. Cooper
Inc. and business consulting with Arthur Andersen.
